1. Scope of Warranty

Shanghai Cengluandiezhang Garment Factory provides this warranty exclusively for B2B transactions.

The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects confirmed to be caused by our production process.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, misuse, or damages caused during transportation, storage, or resale.

2. What Is Covered

We warrant that the hats we manufacture will:


  • Match the approved sample in style, materials, workmanship, and logo placement

  • Meet the specifications confirmed in the final order

  • Be free from major manufacturing defects, including:


    Incorrect logo production


    Obvious stitching defects


    Wrong fabric or color (not approved)


    Size deviations beyond reasonable tolerance


3. What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not covered under this warranty:


  • Differences within industry-accepted tolerances

  • Color differences caused by lighting, screen display, or fabric batch variation

  • Damage caused by shipping, customs inspection, or third-party logistics

  • Damage caused by washing, ironing, modification, or resale handling

  • Design changes requested after sample approval

  • Orders produced strictly according to buyer-provided designs or instructions

4. Warranty Period


  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days after goods are received

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted

The buyer must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.

5. Claim Process

If you believe the products have manufacturing defects:


  1. Contact us within the warranty period

  2. Provide:


    Order number


    Clear photos or videos of the issue


    Quantity affected



  3. Our team will review and confirm the issue

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days after receiving complete information.

6. Warranty Solutions

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:


  • Reproduce the defective products in the next order

  • Offer partial refund or credit

  • Provide reasonable compensation based on defect severity

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled case by case.

7. Sample Approval Disclaimer

Once the buyer approves the final sample:


  • Bulk production will follow the approved sample

  • Sample approval represents buyer acceptance of:


    Design


    Materials


    Color


    Logo placement


    Workmanship level


No warranty claim will be accepted for issues already visible or approved in the sample.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the value of the defective products only.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, resale losses, or business interruption.
