1. Handling & Production Time
For bespoke orders, sampling typically takes 7-10 business days. Upon sample approval, bulk production requires 15-25 business days. Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.
2. Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders received after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Delivery Partners
We partner with UPS and FedEx Express to ensure safe and rapid global delivery. All shipments include a tracking number sent via Email or WhatsApp.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
