We will carefully study your images or design files, then communicate via Email or WhatsApp regarding quantities, sizing, logos, packaging, and shipping methods to provide you with our final best-value quotation.

You may choose to pay for a sample only or proceed directly with a bulk order. If you choose a bulk order, the sample fee and shipping are free of charge. We also offer unlimited free revisions until the sample meets your full approval.

Upon receiving payment, we begin crafting your sample and will provide timely progress updates. Once finished, we will send photos for your confirmation. After your approval, we will commence bulk production.

After bulk production is completed, we will send photos of the finished goods. Items will be dispatched via our logistics partners, and we will provide you with a tracking number and website for real-time monitoring.
