1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Once the sampling process or material procurement has begun, a partial refund may apply to cover the incurred costs.
2. Quality Issues & Defects
If the final product has significant manufacturing defects or differs substantially from the sample you approved, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a free remake or a partial/full refund after verification.
3. Measurement Variations
Since each item is handmade, please allow for a standard margin of error (1-2cm). We are not responsible for incorrect fit due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
4. Shipping Damages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact our WhatsApp or Email support within 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier (UPS/FedEx).
