By accessing our website and utilizing our bespoke manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

For all custom orders, production begins only after the customer provides explicit approval of the sample photos or physical samples. We are not liable for design elements that were approved during the sampling stage but later contested.

Customers represent that they own or have the right to use all logos, designs, and artwork submitted for customization. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a design infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services. All payments must be settled in full or according to the agreed deposit structure before bulk production commences.

Our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to shipping delays caused by third-party carriers (UPS/FedEx).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws and international trade regulations.
